Disabled Facilities

Access
A limited number of wheelchair spaces are available in the theatre. Please contact the Box Office for further details. The Spa also provides toilet facilities for the disabled in both the Theatre and the Royal Hall.

The Hard of Hearing
Induction loops are installed in both the Spa Theatre and Spa Royal Hall to assist the hard of hearing.
Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome.

Catering
A full range of catering services are available within the Spa including pre-show meals. Interval drinks can be pre-ordered at the bar and there is a kiosk selling sweets, drinks and confectionery in the foyer.


Smoking
There is a no smoking policy in force in the Spa Theatre auditorium.

Photography
The taking of photographs, videos or audio recordings is not allowed at any time unless prior consent has been given by the management.

House Rules
The management reserves the right to refuse admission and to make any changes to the programme without prior notice. Wherever possible, details of late bookings, changes to programme, postponed and cancelled performances, will be broadcast via the local media.
